As per the requirements set for a credit freeze, there should not be any marketing and credit transfer offering from credit providers (maybe, except for current lenders) while on credit freeze unless the customer would like to initiate one, as the freeze is supposed to provide protection and privacy.
Even after our founder had his credit freeze set in place for years, there were many times when he got mails with marketing offers for opening a new credit card account and/or for balance transfers, even from the non-listed lenders? Even recently, he got an offer or two for opening new accounts.

DOES IT MEAN THAT WE SHOULD GO FOR CREDIT PROTECTION OFFERS PROVIDED BY CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND/OR THIRD-PARTY PLAYERS?
As per our personal experiences, if credit bureaus which determine our credit score can't offer a complete solution, we doubt it makes sense for us to rely on third-parties. It just provides one more avenue for us to lose our privacy and pid info. For that matter, our founder had subscribed for such products before switching to the credit freeze.
